Eric is a Chartered Marketer from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) graduating in Birmingham, UK. Eric also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
He is an avid sports fan and a natural athlete who played soccer, hockey and rugby in high school. He was the Captain of the University Mean Machine Rugby team in 1991 and led the team to several regional championships, he also played for the Kenya Rugby Select Team.
Eric has been actively involved in sports and community work for many years and this sure does come natural to him. In 2000, Eric successfully led a team of 12 Shell employee hikers up Mt. Kenya, the second highest Mountain in Africa, his single biggest achievement to date.
He is undoubtedly a tested winner and a tough competitor who owes much of his life to the unique & powerful combination of both sports & education.

She is a Chartered Marketer from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in Birmingham, UK. She also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Moi University, Kenya.
Edith played Volleyball for both the high school & university first teams. She brings a wealth of experience drawing from previous managerial positions she has held with highly reputable organizations.
As the Director of Finance she is responsible for all the financial reporting for the organization.

Head of Africa, Operations Ms. Catherine Gitobu Catherine is the Head of Operations in Africa and her key role is to design and manage special projects aimed at Fundraising for the organization. She is also involved in allocating and prioritizing resources for the various on going projects in Africa.
She is highly qualified and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Nairobi. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology from the National Institute of Information Technology and is a member of the Marketing Society of Kenya. She is currently the Supply Chain Director at COOPER K-BRANDS LTD in Nairobi, Kenya. Catherine has a deep and genuine interest in making a significant difference in the lives of people in Africa and she spends her free time on these efforts.
She is a great strategic resource and adds keen insights on practical implementation strategies. She is a former athlete who played field Hockey in high school and made it all the way to the National Championships.
Education Director Mr. Samuel Mukundi
Mr. Mukundi is currently the Education Director for CHANCE Afrika, he previously worked for Kenya Airways in various capacities for about 30 years before retiring as a Senior Traffic Instructor in-charge of Ground Operations & Training of New Management Trainees joining the company.
He just completed a 6 year private assignment in the UK based in Coventry, England. He is widely traveled and brings a wealth of experience to the team. He's a great resource who will lead in building relationships with key allies and partners in Kenya as well as help in capacity building, recruiting and training of new staff and field reps.
He likes to play Tennis and he is very involved in organizing sports events and supporting local schools and sports teams in the local communities.
